SDXL Asari Lora

This LoRA has been trained on top of the SDXL 1.0 with different pattern. It was trained on a diverse dataset of 80 images of asari and 10 of human characters in the hopes that it would help flexibility.

The other Kohya settings can be found in the JSON metadata for the LoRA.

There was some nudity in the training set, but that was a minority.

Trigger words

I captioned the images, so you can control the skin color well.

asari woman
pale/dark blue/purple/teal skin
faint/black/white/red/green full/eyebrow/crest markings (inconsistent)
Art styles: comic, realistic, digital drawing, digital painting (ymmw tho)
nudity, naked (negative if you get unintented nudity)

Limitations

Skin color coherency sometimes fails, especially if you try to prompt for realism.
Colors are difficult, so if you want a purple asari in a green top you might get a green asari in a purple top.
Actions and expressions were , but the results are not too bad.
Characters from the Mass Effect are not recognized. I was very careful to avoid the Liara-bias that other asari fine tunes have.
- That said, Liara-eyebrows still happen frequently.
The back is not represented in the dataset. I might correct that in the future.

Notes

Training the lora on a DreamShaperXL did not work, but this LoRA works surpisingly well on top of it for more complex scenes
Alpha values. 64 made the model more high contrast, while the alpha of 1 made the model perform worse at higher network_dim settings and generally struggle. I've included the best result at alpha 1 in this repo and in two of the previews below.
